About Us
R_Labs was founded by Michael and Cory James, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for human performance, recovery, and holistic well-being. Together, they have created a space where science-backed recovery meets intentional wellness, helping people optimize their bodies and minds for long-term resilience.
Michael brings years of experience as a coach, athlete, and wellness educator, specializing in strength training, mindset development, and breathwork. His approach is rooted in the belief that true strength comes from mastering stress, adapting to challenge, and recovering with purpose.
Cory, a licensed esthetician, holistic wellness practitioner, and yoga instructor, has spent her career helping people restore balance in their bodies through mindful movement, breathwork, and self-care practices. She believes that wellness is more than physical, it’s about creating space to heal, reset, and feel at home in your own body.
Together, they built R_Labs as more than just a recovery center—it’s a performance-driven, holistic space where recovery is intentional, stress is managed effectively, and resilience is built through practice.
